"Silhouetter" is the titel track and the single from Polyfeen’s studio album released June 2017.

Polyfeen is musically anchored in the progressive psychedelic rock genre and are constantly challenging and developing the genre. The song writing is centered around the front man, lead singer and bass player Michael Stanley and the charismatic Hammond organist and virtuosi Per Hugo Rotbøll, constantly developing and extending their song writing from instrumental synthesizer based psychedelic dance songs, through classical Pink Floyd and Deep Purple inspiration to melodic piano based songs leading the listener in direction to Lennon in the early 70’s. The band is completed with Torsten Lefmann on guitar and backing vocals and Karsten (Mons) Mansa on drums.
Polyfeen is an active band performing on a large variety of venues ranging from small club to festivals. Polyfeen opened Saturday June 8th, 2019 ”Kun For Forrykte” festival, A concert resulting in attention from news medias such as the Danish TV channel TV2 NEWS and a number of interviews. Since then Polyfeen has been performing at numerous sold-out concerts. On November 20th, 2019 a new single was released “Syrerock Er Tilbage” (Acid-rock returns) which got huge attention especially by the Danish radio rock channels.

During autumn 2020 Polyfeen will release a new studio album “Den Sidste Vilde” (the last wild one) with a large variety of songs within the psychedelic genre. The mixing of the album was done by Johnny Sangster, from the Crackle & Pop! Studio in Seattle, US contributing to generous amount of Space Echo throughout the album. Mastering was done with their old friend Flemming Rasmussen from Sweet Silence Studio, Denmark. The record will be released by the Swedish label Kommun2. To complete the art-piece the front cover has been painted by their friend, the Danish, highly controversial artist Kristian von Hornsleth.



The "Silhouetter" album released in 2017 consists of both new material and re-recordings of old songs from the 70's. This vinyl has new songs on side A and rearranged old songs on side B. The recording has been produced by Dr. Hansen and Polyfeen, recorded in the TAPF and Black Tornado studio, mixed at STC studios and mastered by Flemming Rasmussen (mostly known for his work with Metallica) at Sweet Silence. Further as icing on the cake Peter Peter (formerly of Sort Sol) has contributed extra guitar on two of the new songs.

Polyfeen "Silhouetter" is released on vinyl by Kommun2 (home to Agusa, Hills, Måneskjold, Öresund Space Collective) and distributed outside Scandinavia by Sound Effect. The CD is released by ”Record Heaven” og ”Transubstans Records” (The CD contains a bonus track).
